• ​Where are you located?​

Ian's Event Venue is located at 936 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11238.

• Is there parking?​

While there is no dedicated parking, street parking and nearby garages are available.

• How many people are allowed at the venue?

​​

​The venue that can comfortably host banquet style seated events for up to 90 guests, and standing only events for up to 175 guests.

​

• Do you allow hookah?

​​

 

No smoking, hookah or vaping is allowed in the venue or directly in front of the venue. 

​

• Does the venue come with decorations?

​​

​Decorations are not included. However, we do have event furniture rentals and party props. Please see our gallery for the rentals we provide. If you choose to hire an outside decorator, all decorations must be picked up from the venue before the end of your rental time.​

• Are there decorating restrictions?

​​

No confetti, glitter, slime, floor vinyl/decals, ice sculptures, animals, sand, or tapered candles is allowed.

• Do you provide a DJ or catering?

​​

No. The beverages, food and music is the responsibility of the renter. We have speakers that are bluetooth compatible for connection to a device. ​

• What is required to secure my booking?​

​​

All events require a signed rental agreement along with a 50% deposit to secure the event date as well as a $300 refundable security deposit.

​

• Is the deposit refundable? 

​​

The 50% deposit is refundable with a written cancellation notice received 61 days or greater prior to the booked event date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable for event cancellations that are 60 days or less prior to the booked event date.
